Senior Specialists

Aim 4 More Physiotherapy was founded on a simple belief: expert rehabilitation should be accessible when people need it most. Too often, individuals facing pain, injury or changes in mobility are left waiting for the support they need. Aim 4 More was created to provide timely access to experienced physiotherapists and personalised rehabilitation.
What began as a commitment to support the local community has grown into a specialist physiotherapy service based in Beckenham, serving patients across South East London and Kent.
Our experienced NHS-trained physiotherapists provide musculoskeletal and neurological care, combining thorough assessment with personalised treatment and rehabilitation. We take the time to understand each person’s condition, goals and lifestyle, creating care plans focused on meaningful and long-term outcomes.
Built by Patients, Grown for Our Community
Our mission is to empower our community with timely access to experienced NHS-trained specialists and high-quality rehabilitation. We help people maximise their physical potential so they can engage, excel and thrive at every stage of life.
“We exist because your health and recovery cannot wait for unnecessary backlogs and healthcare delays. Aim 4 More empowers you to take control of your physical health and recovery.”
Jordan Aimey, Founder

Six Years of Growing with Our Community
Sydenham Beginnings
Aim 4 More Physiotherapy was founded in Sydenham, South East London, beginning as a mobile physiotherapy service dedicated to supporting the local community.
Building the Team
Our team grew to four NHS-trained specialist physiotherapists, expanding our expertise to include neurological rehabilitation, elderly care and acupuncture.

Moving to Beckenham
Aim 4 More expanded into Beckenham, establishing a clinic at Breeze Yoga Studios and bringing specialist physiotherapy to a wider South East London community.
Growing From Strength to Strength
With over 150 five-star reviews, a local A&E referral pathway and continued year-on-year growth, Aim 4 More Physiotherapy continues to grow as a trusted specialist physiotherapy provider in South East London.
Aim 4 More Physiotherapy was founded by Jordan, an experienced physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2014. With extensive experience across both NHS and private practice, Jordan specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation.
As a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, he treats a wide range of conditions including back pain, knee arthritis and Achilles injuries. His approach focuses on understanding the underlying cause of an injury through thorough assessment, movement analysis and personalised rehabilitation, rather than simply treating symptoms.
Jordan has also gained valuable experience in professional sport, working with Charlton Athletic FC and Hemel Stags RFC, alongside his NHS experience in neurological rehabilitation.
His passion for sport and rehabilitation drives his commitment to helping patients recover effectively, restore function and return confidently to the activities that matter to them.

Our experienced team brings specialist NHS and private-sector expertise across musculoskeletal, neurological, vestibular, sports, and elderly care physiotherapy. Our clinicians are HCPC-registered and members of the CSP, providing personalised, patient-centred care focused on your recovery goals.

Kate is a First Class BSc Physiotherapy graduate from the University of Hertfordshire with 10+ years’ NHS experience. A Senior Specialist Neuro Physiotherapist and team lead, she specialises in stroke rehabilitation, Bobath and vestibular rehabilitation.

Jamaica is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with extensive NHS experience. A CSP and HCPC-registered physiotherapist and AACP member, she specialises in ACL rehabilitation, sports injuries and acupuncture, informed by her background as a competitive gymnast.

Meryl specialises in neurological and elderly care physiotherapy, supporting patients with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, falls, and mobility difficulties. She also provides home-based physiotherapy focused on improving strength, confidence, and independence.
