Senior Specialists
When you’re injured, one question matters most: when can I get back to my sport? Our specialist sports physiotherapists find exactly what’s driving your pain, we then build a personalised plan that rebuilds strength, restores confident movement, and returns you to training and competition safely and stronger than before.
Pulled hamstrings, calf, quad or groin strains. We ease symptoms, rebuild strength and get you running safely again.
Rolled ankles, ACL or MCL knee sprains. We restore stability, control and the confidence to change direction without hesitation or giving way.
Achilles, patellar tendon, tennis or golfer’s elbow. We build load tolerance and strength so pain stops returning.
Runner’s knee, ACL, meniscus or patellar pain. We rebuild strength and control for confident running, jumping and landing.
Rotator cuff, ACJ, instability or throwing pain. We restore mobility, strength and control for overhead, contact and racket sports.
Sprained ankles, Achilles pain, shin splints or plantar issues. We restore balance, foot biomechanics and strength to get you running again.
Groin strains, hip impingement or adductor pain. We improve strength and control for kicking, sprinting and rapid direction changes.
Lower back pain, disc irritation or stiffness from lifting and rotation. We restore movement, core stability and confident training.
A sports injury is rarely just about pain. Maybe you’re holding back in training, your body doesn’t feel like it used to, or you just don’t trust the injured area when it matters. These are the signs that something needs proper attention. We look at the full picture, not just the sore spot, and build your recovery around getting you back to full confidence and performance.
You can't run, lift, jump or change direction without pain flaring up, and it's holding back your training or stopping you playing altogether.
The injured area feels weak, wobbly or like it might give way, and you've lost the strength you had before the injury, rest or surgery.
It feels tight, stiff or restricted, so you can't move through your full range, and your technique or performance is suffering because of it.
You hesitate before running, jumping, lifting or turning, bracing for pain or worried you'll do it again, even when it's starting to feel better.
The same injury keeps coming back, or pain, swelling or stiffness lingers after every session, so you never quite get back to full training.
You're still not moving, training or performing the way you did before, and no matter what you try, you can't seem to close the gap.
The sooner you're assessed, the sooner you're back doing what you love. Send us a message about your injury and we'll be in touch to arrange your assessment and talk through your recovery.

Your rehabilitation is guided by experienced physiotherapists who understand the demands of sport, exercise, and active lifestyles. We combine clinical assessment with progressive rehabilitation to help you regain strength, movement, confidence, and the physical capacity needed to return to your sport safely.

Recovery should move with you, not follow a fixed template. We shape every stage around where you are now, how your injury behaves, and the demands of your sport, adding challenge only when your body is genuinely ready for it. The goal isn’t just to get you out of pain. It’s to get you back to your sport with the strength, control and confidence to stay there.

We work out exactly what's driving your pain and limiting your movement, how the injury happened, and which underlying factors we need to address so it doesn't keep coming back.
Your physiotherapist sets clear goals and explains what you can safely do at each stage, so you always know where you are, what comes next, and how it gets you back to your sport.
Your exercises get progressively harder as you improve, rebuilding the strength, control and physical capacity your body needs to handle the demands of your sport.
Later stages bring in the movements your sport actually requires, like acceleration, deceleration, changing direction, jumping and landing, so your body is prepared for the real thing, not just the gym.
Being pain free is not the same as being ready. We use objective return to sport testing to measure your strength, control, movement quality and how the injured side compares to the other, so your return is based on evidence you're ready, not guesswork. This is how we protect you from returning too soon and getting injured again.
We show you how to manage your training, recovery and ongoing conditioning so you keep building strength and stay injury free long after your formal rehabilitation ends.
Getting back to sport takes more than getting out of pain. At Aim 4 More Physiotherapy, we combine senior clinical expertise with structured, sport specific rehabilitation to rebuild your strength, restore your confidence, and get you back to the activity you love, ready to stay there.
You're treated by experienced senior physiotherapists. Every one of our team brings years of NHS, private and sports rehabilitation experience to your recovery.
Your programme is shaped around your injury, your fitness, and the exact demands of your sport, whether you run, lift, or play competitively, so your recovery targets what you actually need to get back to.
We use objective return to sport testing to confirm you're genuinely ready before you go back, protecting you from the reinjury that comes from returning too soon.
We don't stop at pain free. We keep working with you to rebuild the strength, control and endurance your sport demands, so you come back stronger than before your injury.
Skip the long NHS wait. Get a fast assessment at our Beckenham clinic, or a home visit across South East London and Kent, at a time that fits your training.
We're recognised by Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Vitality and WPA, so if you have private health cover, your treatment may be fully covered.
Ready to get back to training? Tell us about your injury using the form below and one of our physiotherapists will get back to you to arrange your assessment and next steps.

Your initial assessment is [£XX] and lasts around 45 to 60 minutes, giving your physiotherapist time to diagnose your injury and build your recovery plan. Follow up sessions are [£XX]. We’re clear about likely costs from the start, so you always know what to expect with no surprises.
In most cases we can offer an appointment within a few days, and often the same week. Private physiotherapy means you skip the long NHS wait and start your recovery straight away, which matters when every week out is a week away from your training or sport. Depending on availability the initial assessment will be offered as either in clinic assessment or a home appointment.
Yes. We’re recognised by Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Vitality and WPA, so if you have private health cover your treatment may be fully or partly covered. Most insurers ask you to get authorisation and a claim number before your first session, so please check your policy with them before booking and we’ll help where we can.
No. If you’re paying for yourself you can book directly with us, with no GP referral needed. If you’re claiming through private insurance, your insurer may require a referral or authorisation first, so it’s worth checking with them before your appointment.
Your first appointment is a full assessment. We discuss your injury and history, examine how you move, test your strength and function, explain what’s going on in plain terms, and set out a clear plan for your recovery. You’ll usually leave with initial advice or exercises to start straight away.
It depends on your injury, how severe it is, and your goals. Many people need a course of around four to six sessions, though some need fewer and complex or post surgical injuries need more. Your physiotherapist will give you a realistic estimate after your first assessment.
Yes. As well as our Beckenham clinic, we offer home visit physiotherapy across South East London and Kent. This suits you if travelling is difficult, you’re recovering from surgery, or you’d simply prefer to be treated at home.
Being pain free isn’t the same as being ready. We use objective return to sport testing to measure your strength, control and movement quality, and compare your injured side to the other. That way your return is based on evidence you’re ready, which protects you from coming back too soon and getting injured again.
Yes. Old and recurring injuries often keep coming back because the underlying cause, usually a weakness, movement fault or gap in strength, was never fully addressed. We find and treat that root cause, rebuild the area properly, and give you the tools to stop it returning.
If you’d prefer, we also offer home visits across South East London and Kent.
Speak with our experienced physiotherapy team and find the right treatment for your condition, whether you prefer an appointment at our Beckenham clinic or a home visit.
